498th Reunion
The 498th will host a reunion on 29th February, 2008 in conjunction with the DUSTOFF ASSOCIATION at the Holiday Inn Riverwalk, 217 N. St. Marys, San Antonio, TX., tel: 210-224-2500. Individuals from other units are invited, as well as members of the SOLO PILOTS SOCIETY.
Plans call for an open bar for all, a separate sit-down dinner, background music provided by the same one-man band as last year, a short introduction of guests, followed by dancing, at which time those attending the DUSTOff function in adjacent rooms, will be invited to join in the dancing or fellowship with friends. The cost of this event will be $45.00per person, inclusive.
Remember, this is a separate function sponsored by the 498th. Fees for this event ($45.00 each) should be mailed to: Ron Chapman, 6303 Meadow Grove, San Antonio, TX 78239, no later than 15 February 2008. Individuals attending only this event need not register with the Association. For those playing golf or attending the Saturday events must register with the Association.
