The second REUNION of the 498th was held on 19 Febrauary 2004, we gathered at the Marriott NW on the morning of the 19th, we loaded the bus at 11:00AM and went to Fredericksburg,Texas, The Group scattered, ladies went to the shops, everyone that had an interest visited the NIMITZ Museum,a few savored the beer at the Brewery. We joined at the Fredericksburg Brewery at 6 PM and had a wonderful German dinner, without question??? a good time was had by all!

On a tally of the QUESTIONAIRES that had been handed out at the beginning, it is agreed that we should have a REUNION each year, that it should be the day preceeding the DUSTOFF Reunion and at the same Hotel, the majority agreed that this website should be continued and the cost should be a part of the attendence fees.
